Änderung vom 11. Mai 2011

Der Schweizerische Bundesrat verordnet:

I

Die Designverordnung vom 8. März 20021 wird wie folgt geändert:

Art. 9 Abs. 2 Bst. a und abis 2 Das Eintragungsgesuch ist gegebenenfalls zu ergänzen mit:

a. dem Zustellungsdomizil der Hinterlegerin in der Schweiz; abis. dem Namen und der Adresse der Vertretung sowie gegebenenfalls ihrem

Zustellungsdomizil in der Schweiz;

Art. 27 Abs. 2 Bst. b 2 Er umfasst:

b. den Namen und Vornamen oder die Firma, die Adresse der Erwerberin und gegebenenfalls ihr Zustellungsdomizil in der Schweiz;

II

Diese Änderung tritt am 1. Juli 2011 in Kraft.

Ordonnance sur la protection des designs (Ordonnance sur les designs, ODes)

Modification du 11 mai 2011

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I

L’ordonnance du 8 mars 2002 sur les designs1 est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 9, al. 2, let. a et abis 2 Le cas échéant, elle doit être complétée par:

a. le domicile de notification en Suisse du déposant; abis. le nom et l’adresse du mandataire, éventuellement son domicile de notifica­

tion en Suisse;

Art. 27, al. 2, let. b 2 Celle-ci doit contenir:

b. le nom et le prénom ou la raison de commerce, l’adresse de l’acquéreur et, le cas échéant, son domicile de notification en Suisse;

II

La présente modification entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 2011.

Il Consiglio federale svizzero ordina:

I

L’ordinanza sul design dell’8 marzo 20021 è modificata come segue:

Art. 9 cpv. 2 lett. a e abis 2 Eventualmente la domanda di registrazione va completata con:

a. il recapito in Svizzera del depositante; abis. il nome e l’indirizzo del rappresentante ed eventualmente il suo recapito in

Svizzera;

Art. 27 cpv. 2 lett. b 2 Essa comprende:

b. il cognome e il nome o la ragione sociale così come l’indirizzo dell’acqui­ rente ed eventualmente il suo recapito in Svizzera;

II

La presente modifica entra in vigore il 1° luglio 2011.
