For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 316, see the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- Chapter 1, Article 1;
- Chapter 2, the title of the Chapter, and Articles 5-1, 6 and 6-1;
- Chapter 3, Article 10;
- Chapter 8, Articles 30 and 31;
- Chapter 9, the title of the Chapter, and Article 35.

Article 7(3) of the consolidated Law provides for exemptions for certain categories of agreements from the prohibition of anti-competitive agreements referred to in Article 7(1), (2), such as licensing agreement, franchising agreement, technology transfer agreement, research and development cooperation agreement, and IP assignment agreement.
Articles 6(1)(23)&(2)(7), 6-1(1)(3)&(2)(3), 17(4), 24(3) and 31(4)&(5) give the competition regulatory authorities the right to access commercial secrets in the course of their duties and provide them the obligation to keep the confidentiality thereof.
